  4. How are the courses and content delivered?
The MJA program uses an online format, a process in which you do not attend lectures but rather learn anywhere you have access to the Internet under the direction of faculty and staff. Online courses are delivered via the World Wide Web using a learning platform called WebCT. This powerful educational technology allows you to get course assignments, ask questions of faculty and other students, and participate in discussions at any time of the day or night. You are provided with Help Desk Support for access issues within the classroom, a uniquely designed curriculum structure, and a caring atmosphere that comes along with being part of Norwich University community.
